Install Ruby + RVM with Ruby 2.0.0.

Create a gemset called angular-rails-seed using ruby 2.0.0.

Run cd api/ then bundle.

Run bundle exec rake db:migrate.

Run bundle exec rake db:seed.

Run cd ../.

Install node + npm.

Run sudo npm install -g grunt-cli.

Run npm install.

Run grunt install.

Run bundle exec rails s in another tab under the api/ directory.

Run grunt in one tab.
